STAYING AT THE TORS
the base for our adventure, and also for yours …
The North of Dartmoor is wild and, to a degree, so are we. We live in-house and this is our home. We want you to be able to feel like it is your home too.
In our eyes it’s the best pub in the world. However, it might not appeal to all: Dogs are more important than humans, locals wear wellies, the floor is uneven, the fire is always cranking, the floorboards creak, wild animals walk past the pub (and yes you might step in poop), the staff have banter, the locals are friendly (sometimes too friendly), we are relaxed, the wind blows hard, it rains a lot, it can be bitterly cold outside, we don’t have Sky Sports, we don’t like mobile phones, you might get snowed in, we play music in the bar and we enjoy our lives here.
Belstone Tor
Our en-suite family room with a king size and single bed.
Oke Tor
An en-suite room with a king size bed.
Both of our rooms start at £130 per night including a cooked breakfast, and we have a two-night minimum stay.
It’s not The Ritz, but the beds are comfy, the coffee strong and the duvets thick.
We are now taking bookings for B&B.
